Targeted to women age 25-45, the Style&Co label offers it's customers trendy fashion that is tailored to the moderate woman. The label is a lifestyle brand providing office clothes for the work week, dressy separates for special occasions and casual wear for the weekend.

My job is to identify emerging trends in casual wear, translate them to jacket and bottom designs to suit the target customer, develop prints/color palettes, source trim, and ensure a proper fit.
