Before studying at Parson's and switching to fashion fulltime, I created experiements in fashion. Armed with a newly purchased sewing machine and mostly donated fabric, I taught myself to sew and make patterns on the weekends then debuted the
results each week on the streets of Soho. After attracting the attention of store owners, I began selling my creations under the Aline label and eventually switched from "industral designer turned internet geek" to full fledge fashion designer working for several internationally sold labels in NYC.
